INFINITE theme info
INFINITE has a different but stylish look. The theme has two different sidebar, content and menu widths.

What is Responsive Design?
Users no longer just browse the web with desktop computers. Users now use mobile phones, small notebooks, tablet devices such as iPad to access the web.
So the traditional fixed width design doesn't work any more. Web design needs to be adaptive. The layout needs to be automatically adjusted to fit all display resolution and devices.
Make for example with this page your browser smaller, or have a look at it on your iPhone/iPad (portrait mode)/Android device.

INFINITE has a vertical dropdownmenu with 2 different widths, 4 different font sizes and different sub levels.
In responsive mode (tablet, mobile) a menu-button (see image left) shows up in the upper right former of your screen:

When you put your logo in the RW > Site-Setup > Logo it shows up at the top of the Vertical Menu Stroke, above the menu. With this option the Title and Logo have a link with the index.html of your website. The Manual explains how to hide the logo. You can also drag your logo into the sidebar or in the ExtraContent1 or ExtraContent2 area. Now your logo has no link to the index.html, so you have to make a link manually.

INFINITE has up to 5 ExtraContent areas that allows the user to add more content then RapidWeaver typically allows. Click on the image left to enlarge. You can use these areas for slideshows, textlines, images, Google ads, date and time snippets, images, social media icons, a searchbox or whatever. The ExtraContent3 area can only be used for a slideshow (Weaverpix, symNivo, etc.) below the Title and Slogan, any height is possible.

With Font Awesome you have over 500 icons at your disposal, in any color and any size you like. And they are completely free for commercial use.

By default you can choose 12 different background patterns or color in the Theme Styles. When you don’t like the build-in patterns just use another one. There are thousands of patterns on the internet, for example here and here. Chapter 4 in the Readme file explains how to do this.

A common request made by many RapidWeaver users is the ability to disable links in a drop-down menu, but keep the text displayed in the menu and acting as a trigger for sub-pages. Several methods have been devised, but the best one is made by Will Woodgate with his Link-Suppressor script
The Infinite-R theme is also equipped with this great tool now! Simple, no stacks needed and reliable. In the Theme Styles > Hide...Show is a button to disable the parent links.

This demosite is build with different Theme Styles. In the Readme are some extra simple CSS-codes. You can paste these in the Custom CSS (Page-Inspector > Header > CSS) of your RW-page.

The ReadMe is very extended and describes very detailed and with some tutorials how to style your site and how to add images, patterns, slideshows, etc.

There are various responsive stacks available, such as a responsive slideshow stack, a responsive floating stack, responsive columns and image stacks, etc.

All built-in plugins work with this the INFINITE theme and as far as I've tested all 3d-party plugins too.
Almost every day new stacks are released and I haven't test them all. So I cannot guarantee that every stack will work. The RapidWeaver Central website shows all available stacks.
IE7 and IE8 don't support box-shadows.

This theme has been tested and is OK with all modern browsers: IE7, IE8, IE9, Google Chrome, Camino, Firefox and Safari (for Windows and Mac), and on your iPhone and iPad. With IE6 it looks rather good, but only the first submenu level appears.

The Manual is very detailed. Read this very carefully before you send me questions. If your troubles are not exclusive to my theme or if you think the issue might be a software concern, please do a search on the Realmac Software forum first.
But you can also post your questions on the Realmac Software forums and I am sure that I or one of the folks there will help straighten you out enough.
