This is the NewsTicker stack in the ExtraContent9 container of a Contact page. The submenu is hidden now.
This area is small so it's limited to only one textline. The Newsticker stack is not needed, any textline or snippet (date, time, etc.) is possible.
You can import the stack with Pluskit in any page.
You can even add a background image to the ExtraContent9 container. It's explained in the Readme file.
